I ordered a plant online for a funeral and when I received a picture of the actual plant it was in a cheap basket! Not the ceramic dish that was shown online. When I called the shop about it the lady said, "we don't actually have any ceramic bowls". When I asked about a cost difference between the two she said there was none. I don't get how a cheap (I mean cheap) basket and an actual dish are the same price. Also, why advertise arrangements that you can't make!

Called in the morning, and a beautiful custom display was in my wife's hands that afternoon! Plus I was told there was a tornado warning that day in Topeka too. Very grateful! Thank you!

Nearly a dozen arrangements at my Grandfather's funeral were made by Stanley Flowers.  Each one was absolutely spectacular.  My compliments and thanks.

Great people who have ultimately came through when it counted. I would use them every time I need flowers delivered in Topeka, Kansas.

Terrible service. I ordered a bouquet through FTD which was supposed to be tulips. They sent a complete substitution of something else entirely. Not a single tulip in the arrangement. Called into the store to resolve it, and she told me that "You dealt with FTD. If you would have called me, I would have told you we are out of tulips. Sorry." No offer of anything. No offer to fix it. Just a go pound sand.

Ironically, to get their phone number to call them, I have to go to their website. Guess what they are advertising on their front page?... you guessed it... tulips. The very flower they are out of.

Take your business elsewhere.
