This is the second and last time my son orders me flowers from here. He did not get what he ordered and he's not pleased. I looked up on their website what he ordered and it's totally not what I received. When I called them about it the lady on the phone was nice but the lady in the background was very rude. If you can't provide the product you advertise then don't advertise it. If you hate your job so much and take it out on your customers then find another job!!!

We tried ordering flowers for a funeral the next day. Very rude lady answered and refused service. Thanks to Hyvee for same day delivery and very sweet.

Called about sending a boutique to my granddaughter. They clearly are not aware of the many ways to send flowers and the skill of customer service. 

I was basically told they would send something "small" for $30...now I live in Kansas City, where I can call Trapp and Company, one of our premiere florists, and order something stunning for $30. And they will be kind and consultive on the call. Trapp is an example of a company that understands the experience of ordering flowers at any price point. 

I called Golden Goose to a support a local business in my daughters city, but they laid a rotten egg. 

So, I will be using Trapp and Company, with the delivery fee, to make my granddaughter feel special and to ensure that she receives something special and not "small"....

I called to order a funeral arrangement and they were very knowledgeable. They already knew when and where the funeral was and they were super helpful about prices and what would be appropriate to order. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant! I was pleased with my experience.
