I would give a zero, but since i have to put a star to write a review here it is. I scheduled this appointment about a month ago, drove 90 minutes to the house I needed clean with a newborn and was called to be informed that the tech would be here from 12-3, Called me again to let me know it's closer to 3:30pm. By 4 we called to see when the technician would arrive, we were told they will call us in 15 minutes. 55 minutes we called again, to cancel the appointment. "Cassandra" stated 'oh did they not call?' Obviously not since I'm calling back and cancelling the appointment. She asked what could she do to make it right and since they don't work on Sunday's our carpets won't be cleaned prior to move in next weekend. The lack of communication with the technician to customer is non existent. Very disappointed in a "well known" company.

James and Jesse did a wonderful job on some old and battered tile. They also had some helpful tips on how to keep it looking good. It looks great.

Old antiquated company could not get Mop and Glow off a tile floor. 

They came out to the home to perform a pre-negotiated price of $193.00 to clean grout from a floor. They freaked out when they saw that I used mop and glo and wasn't sure if the job could be done without extensive stripping. I figured if Mop & Glo could stop them in their tracks, they're not the right company for me. With a little american ingenuity we didn't seem to have a problem cleaning the grout even with the dreaded Mop & Glo on the floor.

If the stains don't come out, they say they will redo them but they don't.

Two friendly, personable, knowledgeable professional technicians arrived on time at my house.  They were accurate and time efficient.  They went the extra mile redoing a section on my tile floor.  The results were incredible.  He explained, in great detail, the causes and effects of liquid and soils on tile.  These technicians did a great job for a great price.
