Very unfortunate that I work close to this Staples and that this is the only one I can access from my job. I always have good experience at other Staples but this specific one needs their management reviewed. One of the copy machine's credit card machine has been down forever so we have to wait in line for only one working copy machine. As I wait frustrated for the working machine trying not to show it, the person before me is working faster to free up the machine for me to use. Once I get on it, there's a person waiting for me, also frustrated, and I have to rush not knowing if I'm making any mistakes. Its a very unpleasant feeling. The fax machine runs much slower than other Staples' fax machines (and there is only one fax machine). Every time I go to the fax machine, there's always a message that says "replace drum" and sometimes there's only 1 or 2 service reps behind the desk but they're busy with a line of customers. I'm sure they work hard and are overworked. The Indian lady is very nice. Sometimes if I need access to the computers I have to wait a while since they only have 2. Other Staples have 4. I've been to this place numerous times and usually have to spend a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour each time. I can't simply come and go. I dread coming here but sometimes I have to. I urge the DM to review this store and to make necessary changes by adding more employees and updating their outdated equipment. This store is not a good reflection of real Staples stores.

Copy center is routinely grossly understaffed, disorganized and incompetent. Bizarrely, there seems to be no system of how to organize finished products. Every time (and there won't be any more for me) that I go to pick something up: The staff is always like, "OK, let me look for it". Then the forage around like Cub Scouts learning orienteering for the first time. Maybe it is this way? Maybe it is under here? How does the compass even work? TWICE recently the staff has had to call, on their cell, the person that did the job to figure out where they might have put it. They may or may not find it and you may or may not have to return at a later time. It is very frustrating going into this store.

They've messed up two jobs for me. The hole punching was off for half the document. Half! Why half? They must have figured it out and corrected it half way through. And, the labels were printed with the first letter off the label. In each case it wasn't a big deal, but I had to find out about it at home and deal with it.

This store was once very helpful but it now employs a bunch of people in the print shop that have no customer service skills. They have no idea how to interact with a customer or how to check on the status of jobs. I have had 2 jobs lost in the last month. Unacceptable!!!
