Customer Service is terrible looking for products. Today, I asked if they sold "boom boxes" still.  Customer Service person response was this.. "We only sell speakers. No one listens to CDs anymore. Try Amazon." She's probably right, however her tone was outright nasty. I think, a little Customer Service Training should be mandatory. This is the third time, they have dissuaded me from purchasing office supplies and even a printer. Maybe this is why stores are struggling. Poor attitudes and lack of respect for us, the consumers.

I didnt know how to use color copiers and to also increase  size of photo Staples associate Amber was very helpful in directing me to accomplish the things I needed to get done.thank you Staples.The attached photo is a screenshot of a comment made by a person who obtained one of my benches yesterday afternoon the end result he was happy and partly by Staples and there great copiers and staff.

I think customer service, it could it be better, one employee,  didn't show effort to help customers it seems to me, that one want it to go home,  in the other hand, the other employee, was able to help me to make some copies, I count my copies,  and I was short count , I still think it could better.

I like staples because their service is very good. They concern about how you feel and see their products/service. If only their prices were not that high, i would give 5 stars.

Love this place and girl manager at the copy section was so much help. 😁 I like it better than fed-x because Staples is more helpful.
