Went by during lunch time for a few office supplies. This truely is an "Office Superstore". Wow! Not only did I find office provisions but also there is a variety of the latest laptops, tablet computers and smartphones. From ink cartridges to copiers and printers plus tons more. If you're looking for typewriter ribbons, they've got some of those too. Neat, clean and well organized large store. Cashier was polite and helpful. Only downside was about a 5 to 6 minute wait in a very short line, there was only one or two people ahead of me. Once I reached the front of the line another cashier's station was suddenly opened. Overall the shopping experience here was pleasant and agreeable. ,

I received a Dymo label maker as a Christmas gift, but did not need it as I already own a Brother P-Touch. No receipt for the item meant that I would receive store credit for the label maker and the package of label tape; I wasn't too upset because I am always in need of school supplies. I saw that the Dymo unit I was returning is currently being sold for $21.99. The associate, however, informed me that I would only get $4.50 in credit for the unit since they only give credit for the lowest listed price in their system for the unit. The General Manager proceeded to tell me there wasn't anything they could do; when I said this is a horrible policy, he said "no it isn't." This is a horrible policy; other retailers will at least give you store credit without a receipt for the current price of the item you are returning. I won't be shopping at Staples again anytime soon and will gladly divert the money I would normally spend buying supplies at Staples to another retailer.

Went in and used the computer to print some stuff out . Then after I paid at the computer my boyfriend went and asked to use the restroom. The employee gave him a hard time saying no because we didn't buy anything . He told her we did and she was rude and insisted we didn't and giving him a hard time about the bathroom. So rude and embarrassing and we will never come back!!!
