Computer repair dept. representative was rude. We went to pay with the wrong card, caught the mistake and asked them to cancel transaction before it was completed. He refused, and put it through anyway. Then had to put in for a cancellation and charged the other card. Now we get to wait for a week for them to kill the $$ authorization to our account. So unnecessary to treat your customers like this! On top of it be super nasty and rude! Never doing business here again!

I had a dreadful experience at this Staples store yesterday. I had ordered and paid for a box of file folders online, received an e-mail that they had arrived at the store, then showed up before work the next day to pick them up. After being passed from one clerk to another, I was finally told with a shrug that they didn't know where the box was. I showed them the confirmation on my phone, but that didn't help. I had to leave for work but the very helpful cashier (not one of the unhelpful, disinterested guys on the floor) took my phone number and said someone would call. No one did. Finally, I was able to call from work about six hours later and was put on hold twice before someone finally came on to tell me they had no idea where the box of folders was. He said they would issue a refund then reorder the item. Exasperated and having no interest in going to the store again or even dealing with Staples at all, I said just issue the refund. No problem, he said. The one star of this review is for the helpful older gentleman at the register who truly seemed sorry they weren't treating me better. Thank goodness for him, hope they appreciate him.

Okay many complaints about this store. First of all the pricing is horrible. If you want to stay competitive like Best Buy, lower the price and price match easier. The staff here are like zombies or they are snobby. The pickup is an absolutely joke. I gave it few tries and gave up. It would've taken me much shorter to pick up the items. I thought Lowe's & Home Depot was slow but no, your store is by far the slowest and have the most confused employees. There's a lot your store needs to improve. The employees don't seem to care about doing anything with any sort of energy and friendliness.

Great customer care, Melissa from the printing department was outstanding and went out and beyond to make us have a great experience!!

If you're already visiting one of the other stores, and need to pick up some office supplies, this place isn't bad. Otherwise, it's in a typical busy mall parking lot, which some people don't mind, but I find a little stressful.
