In general poor staff bad attitude. Mailman frequently posts stuff as delivered when it's actually at the post office.  It's a bad environment you get pissed of passport people waiting on line on top of very slow service and it all kind of snowballs together.  Probably usps needs to overhaul everything consider what goes into running a good business. Look at ups or fed ex and see what needs to be done.

I wanted to send 6 sheets of letters by international mail to 6 addresses. All set but sticking enough stamps. Violeta(李育二公八育公)  threw 6 of their own big envelopes & 6 lables, charging over $300.   Two days later, I learned it's OK only to stick a bit over $1 stamps on each I prepared.   What's worse, express mail of them arrived after about 4 weeks = rip-off.

I have sent 4 large flat rate priority boxes.. 2 got lost. One became a small box. They opened my big one and transferred into the small box. Only one was safely arrived. If you want to send out anything from this location, you need to buy more insurance for it.. Two years ago, I lost one and I never thought I will lose again.  My parents live near here and often ship stuffs to me but they never want to go back here again ever. I would give them no star but one is only the lowest rating. If you can, I would suggest to avoid to meet with a clerk named Stephanie. She complained about my packages being too heavy and recklessly threw my boxes around.

Super lazy rude people, and they never want to pick up the phone.

The building is large and modern. The staff are very unprofessional, and lazy. There is a very convenient drive-thru mailbox drop off with easy in-out access.
