Nice staff, organized, clean and well lit store with decent deals. Pick up in store took a bit longer than expected, but otherwise good service.

Pretty much the same experience as every other big box store that underpays their employees, offers only part time work, and wants 100% availability for less than $9/Hr. Then expects employees to drive business with positive, happy attitudes.

Pretty disappointed with the customer service here. I purchased some Logitech Bluetooth headphones and didn't realize that they had very short 14 day return policy....I was 6 days past. Manager said they could do a return without receipt which would essentially charge me a restocking fee. I was okay with this since it was my fault for not being aware of the return windows. I was not okay when they offered to give me only $10 back on a $70 dollar item. This is simply gouging and when I told the manager Spencer that I didn't think this was very fair, he did not offer any alternative nor did he seem to care much that I was upset about the policy. I told him I would take my, and my company's business away from Staples and this did not seem to phase him so now Staples will never get my business again. I'd rather buy things online for less money with generous return polices. You blew it Staples.
