The item was left at my door and is too heavy to move to the room where it belongs. No assistance option is offered with the purchase so I am either have to going to hire someone to move this, or wait until family members can help. That is not the level of service that I expect or deserve.
In addition to this problem, the  packing is an environmental nightmare. 
You have lost a customer.

Terrible customer service.  Every time I go in there the employees are totally un-interested in helping me and many of them are downright rude.  I'm not the type to want a sales person following me around chatting, but this is the other extreme.  They act like they're doing me a favor by scowling at me.
