DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLIANCES TO BE FIXED HERE. I had a crack in my iPhone 6 screen and went in to get it fixed. all that needed done was to have the screen replaced, a 30-60 minute procedure. I spent over 5 hours waiting for my phone to be fixed to only have it in no better condition than I turned it in. The screen was fixed but my brightness on my phone did not work so i was using a phone with a black screen. I was told that I would have to send it away for 3-5 days for it to be properly fixed. I was without a phone for 5 days to have it fixed. It was a huge inconvenience. if you're getting a phone screen fixed you're better off going to an apple store.

Some of the associates at this location lack an ability to serve the customers and the other days I meet an associate who wants to help and does it in a prompt and friendly manner.

Terrible place to do business. Staples does not understand customer service and this particular store clearly does not demonstrate an understanding of sales. I visited this store with the intention of buying two office chairs for my business. I picked out a high back office chair that was $199 but they did not have that particular chair in stock. The employee was helpful, but the manager was rude and did not acknowledge me, the customer, when he came to look for the chair. He simply stated that they did not have the chair in stock and refused to offer me any alternative such as allowing me to purchase the floor display. I would have gladly bought the floor model for the same price, but the store would not allow me to do that. That is not good business. So instead of buying two office chairs for my business, I chose to walk out because Staples clearly did not care about the customer or the sale. Where I come from in the retail world, you do everything to get the customer to make the purchase. Would not recommend to anyone and I will certainly not go back.
