Waterbury Construction completed major work for us several years ago. While all started out fairly well, the project went downhill quickly. Our experience with Waterbury included, but was not limited to:
 · We were charged extreme premiums on all change orders. Whenever we indicated that we would get another quote on an element of the project to confirm that their quote was in line, Waterbury threatened to stop work completely.
 · Despite repeated requests for detail breakdown (e.g., cost of labor, cost of material) we never received these details, and thus felt we never had good information upon which to make decisions (see note above about threatening to stop work).
· While Waterbury claimed to have the expertise on specialty type/custom work, we are experiencing one failing element after the next as well as finding items that were just not completed (e.g., tile flooring, plumbing, sewer pumps failing, alarm on sewer pump was never installed, etc.)

I would not recommend this company at all.

Note: This is not to be confused with Waterbury Kitchens, who are owned separately from Waterbury Construction.
