Got no help for at least 10 minutes and after I finally found what I was looking for I then get asked if I need help place is ridiculous

Always fantastic customer service , better than any other Staples I've ever been to and I work all over on the road, questions always answered , help always given with friendliness

Not very helpful at all. I called to check and see if they had the product I wanted , when I get there they don't have it. The person who informed me over the phone said some unnecessary comment via walkie-talkie to the young man that was trying to help me but he didn't want to repeat it. That was a waste of trip and time!

This store, I have to say, are quick to helping you with any situation that has brought you to this store.  I don't return a lot of things, but they made my transaction rather pleasant.  Also, I had the chance to witness them helping another customer (female); treating her respectfully while she was purchasing 5 printers. No overselling and ASKING what else she might need. They were very attentive towards her and it was nice to witness.

Awesome customer service. I just bought to copiers over the phone and had my wife go in to pick them up. She has both my kids with her. They met her at the door and they brought the boxes out to the truck and loaded them.
