I am new to the area and was searching for a trustworthy and quality jewelry store to repair my wedding band. Jamal, Mike and Fazza made me feel very comfortable and not only provided me with excellent customer service but Jamal repaired my wedding band perfectly with superb craftsmanship. I was very happy with the service and even happier that I have a new jewelry store here in my new hometown. I would highly recommend Star Jewelry! ⭐️💍💋❤️

Adam stanzick is a liar. Jamal is honest and beyond reproach. I've been dealing with him sonce 2008. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his establishment.

Do not go to this establishment! First off, I brought my watch in for repair. After several days of not hearing from them about an estimate or anything, I decided to go in and see how the progress was doing. The repair guy(Jamaal) wasn't there, and usually isn't the first half of the day. The people that were working, don't have a clue about repairs. The lady that works here, i'm guessing Jamaal's wife, is a RUDE piece of work. Also she didn't have any idea on the progress of the repair, so she tells me Jamaal will call me. He calls later in the day, and tells me he couldn't repair the watch, but his buddy in the area can, so more waiting. So I call back to see whats going on days later, and he tells me his buddy couldn't repair it either, but his son who is coming into town, "is much better at this than he is." He asks me to wait some more, which was over a week from that point. So I complied and waited, again. I finally get a call 13 days later that my watch was done. I never received a call stating an estimate for the repair prior. They just did it. When I get there to pick the watch up, I checked to make sure the watch was infact repaired correctly, and I noticed it was acting funny like it was before the repair. I tell the lady there and she insists that I just messed the watch up by pulling the winding pin out. They aren't supposed to come out. So why did the pin come out if the repair was done correctly? She was completely out of line from the beginning, throwing her hands up and shaking her head. She is not a business person at all, and should be working a factory somewhere with her crap attitude. I got frustrated with dealing with her, so I just paid and left. I will not go back here again!
