So I originally gave this Starbucks location a 3 star rating. Since that time, I've come in numerous times. This location is nearly always super busy. Today was no exception, except this was honestly the most packed full I've seen in a long time. Customers waiting inside were nearly shoulder to shoulder! The drive thru was at least 10-15 cars deep Thankfully I ordered ahead on my app! Lots of others did too. While I was waiting on my order, they called at least 6 mobile orders for pick up!! I have to say that Brittany hers was the only name I caught and the rest of the team working today were KILLING IT!  They were getting lots of orders out the door ... Quickly, And efficiently !!!!!

They always say hi to me and most everyone knows me by name. It’s the little things. The holiday season 10/31 - first weekend In January makes for a crazy time as it’s one of the only Starbucks between Macon and Valdosta. I highly recommend mobile order if you’re in a hurry. Also, if the drive thru line is long and blocks the entrance, turn at the Olive Garden entrance and go behind the Olive Garden to go around and park to walk in for mobile order.

Place is nice. But service is very bad and slow. I ordered two type of coffee and they did for me just one. After 10 minutes waiting I asked where is it and they did the cap fast. Owners, please improve the service.

This has always been my preferred stop between Atlanta and Tampa. The staff here is awesome.  On this occasion I stopped to charge my Tesla and was pleasantly surprised to find the chargers are right next to this Starbucks.  Parking: Tesla supercharger right behind the store

By far the best Starbucks I’ve ever went to and I have gone to get coffee multiple times a day at Starbucks since I was an infant I’d say pry 5 years old and I’m in my 20s now. Fast, immediate service, they were friendly we had a huge order. We bought a bunch of pasteries  and breakfast items in an assortment perfectly. The Starbucks team worked together so well they should almost be on a sports team together, they’d kill it!!! Also, their bathroom layouts are perfect two stalls in his and hers bathrooms and get this they have napkins. I know that typically these hand dryers are very dirty with my prior knowledge in the hotel hospitality industry.

This has to be the busiest we have ever been it. It's a Starbucks that is normally quick in and out. We were traveling & wanted a quick stop, which, due to volumes, did not meet our time expectations. No fault of staff as can only handle so much volume.Food: 4/5

Very understaffed, so the service was very slow. Coffee is a little bitter, making it okay for one of their sweet items but not so good for those of us who just like regular black coffee. Snacks are good but over priced, as is everything at Starbucks.Food: 4/5

Excellent people skills. Hopping place! Everyone working together to please the customer! Hats off to the cashier and gentleman on the 'floor' helping to facilitate! Would that my Starbucks in Miami had those people skills!

This location every single worker was so friendly. I walked in and was greeted by every worker. Jesse made sure my drinks were extra good & the best ever! I appreciate the hospitality at this location! Thank you!

Niceocation, right off I-75 and very convenient. Very nice staff, Unfortunately location was missing a lot favorites like peach syrup, vanilla bean syrup etc.which was a big time bummer. Location also is way too busy and do not pickup phone calls!!
