Food tasted ok but the burger was just throwed together with the meat hanging off the buns and cheese ice cold and jot even melted in the slightest. Fries were greasy. Best part of my meal was the fountain drink.Food: 3/5
Ms. Queen was the best! Kind and informative. Answered my every question with a smile. Got my order right the first time. Somewhat disappointed with my chicken sandwiches though. Paid almost seven dollars each and they were fried in old grease. I know grease can't be changed daily but my chicken was five times darker than my child's chicken nuggets. Come on McDonald's I know you can do better. Oh almost forgot; somebody give that woman a raise cause she definitely deserves it !!!
McDonald's in general have been going down and the management here really needs some adjustments. I've been there at times and there is only 1 person working the whole restaurant with cars wrapped around.
On Last Night 6-11-22, I visited the Tift Avenue location around 10:45, as that, I have a son who had been sick, and has not had an appetite, so when he asked for something to eat from McDonald’s, I gladly went, although it was late. I sat in line with multiple vehicles ahead of me, when the vehicle in front of me drove up to place their order, they quickly drove off to leave, so I drove up to place my order, an employee came on, and said, “We are closed”! Puzzled, especially looking at the vehicles ahead of me, whose orders had been taken, and they were getting their food, and looking at the time 10:54, I pulled over, and pulled up their website, it stated that they closed at 12, I drove up to the door, and it stated, close at 12. I got back in line, and got to the speaker, employee said, we are closed. I asked her what were there hours, and she said, ma’ am we are out of food. I told her that I had been sitting in line, and didn’t understand how could you take some orders, and not the others. I asked her were they out of everything, and she then asked me, what did I want, I told her that I wanted a 10 piece nugget meal- large - with a Sweet Tea, and to add an additional Large Sweet Tea. She said, we are out of nuggets. I asked her about the 2 Plain Cheeseburger Meal, and she said they were out of that type of meat. I asked did they have fries, and she said yes, so I asked for a large fry, and 2 Large Sweet Teas, and I drove up, and paid her $4.96. I then drove up to get my food, and noticed that the entire drive through area was spotless! I retrieved my food, and noticed that the bag was heavy to be just an order of fries, so I pulled over to check my bag, and guess what, there were nuggets in there. This behavior was very unacceptable, and why would you even put a customer through that. I took out the time to patronize that establishment, my gas, my money, my time. I tried to send in a complaint on the McDonald’s website 5 times, but it kept deleting my information when I was asked to select the location. Nothing about me mattered to them.
Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. They had the order kiosks in dining room, but I prefer a human over a machine. Asked a female employee was there someone who could take my order she said, "I ain't got time." and walked away. So many other ways she could have handled the situation. This type of unprofessionalism is part of the reason humans are being replaced with machines.
They keep their doors locked so customers can’t come inside. That's fine, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
I ordered a 10 piece meal, a double quarter pounder meal, and two additional 10 piece nuggets with a code to get one of the 2 extra 10 pieces for a buck...I caught it on the receipt while the girl that took my payment and my order was turned around yelling to a coworker about the person in line behind me asking if they served chicken.....i could quote her, but I'd rather report that in person. I got to the 2nd window and spoke to the manager, and she said "sir you done paid for it, so Idk what you want me to do"....couldn't give me the nuggets I ordered, and half the two large fries I ordered were empty. They stuffed bunched up fries into the top of the container and sold them that way....I was irritated, but I chose to leave it alone. $30 worth of food, and I got maybe $20...that's a third of my order missing and the manager said oh well you done paid for it...rediculous...I'll be reporting this to the home office....today's Wednesday, the 20th of July, and this was at roughly 8:20pm....you need to care more. You're robbing people and don't care to bother trying to fix it!!!
Worst place in Tifton. All the employees are LOUD & LAZY... Stopped by for a sweet tea they told me their drink machine was down... I asked what kind of machine made the tea. The manager told me it was the C02 machine that was broken so they couldn't make tea!!! Last time I meade tea ALL I NEEDED WAS A HOT WATER TEA BAGS AND SUGAR unless I'm doing it wrong... Every time you order something 9x outta 10 the order is wrong as well... Will NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN....
This location has some of the rudest laziest people ever every time I seem to order from this location my food is always wrong and fries are never fresh I just don’t understand how you can get a plain burger wrong and then get mad when I ask for a refund I had to call the police just to get a refund for my order just because I didn’t want to pull around the store and wait for my refund that could have been giving to me out the window I was at it’s not even about the pulling around part it’s the fact I already been in line 20 mins waiting to order/receive my food not a apology or anything just a you can call corporate or whoever you want and a window shut in my face at this point fire the whole management
Ordered new crispy chicken sandwich deluxe. Paid extra for big mac shredded lettuce and no tomatoes. Not impressed by the deluxe version and extra cost. Cold mushy fries.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
