Very sour, unenthusiastic service. I would recommend a review from the higher ups. Cashier was miserable. Zero greeting. Baristas do not call out your personalized drinks. Location is the only thing going. Wouldn’t return if I was not in the area.Food: 3/5

This place is horrible, I waited over 30 minutes for 2 lattes, when I asked the kid that is there, he said that the other person was in charged of the coffee, she was on the other side preparing food. I waited, I asked again, he said "you simply have to wait". Then I said to the cashier to give me back the money and cancel my order and finally the "person in charged of the coffee" came and said " I already did them", and the kid, in a very disrespectful way grabbed a cup of coffee and said to me "Here is don't you see, was already made" and slams it to the table. It was not my order, was a Mocha which i did not order and is 2 coffees, not one. I got really mad, the kid is very very rude, and of course the barista made my coffee and almost threw it to me. NEVER will be going here again while they have the same people. 1st time in any state I get such a rude treatment at a Starbucks.

I’m impressed how quickly they make the drinks for mobile orders! Less than 2 mins on 3 separate occasions.

Angel is amazing and the most welcoming, super super nice!!   this is the most friendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to!! I’ll def be switching to going to this Starbucks because of always nicely made drinks as well as friendly stuff Food: 5/5

We were so happy to have spotted this Starbucks on our way the the mall area in DC. It was about 30* so coffee & coco were the perfect fit. They were in the mist of doing a floorset change but they still handled the busy spurt quite well.

You know what coffee you get at Starbucks, but what makes a difference is the staff. This location has one of the most friendly and welcoming crew of all Starbucks I have visited! Always smile in their face and seem to be really enjoying what they do! Thank you , it makes a difference!

Don't ever go to this location-- barista was super racist, pretend she didn't understand what I ordered. Yes I may have accent but I had no problem order the same drink in any other Starbucks in many locations. Also I ordered a venti green tea lemonade but it's not even full. I was in a rush to work now I'm thinking about it I should call her out.

A coffee shop with no coffee. My mother wanted a cup of coffee and they had no regular coffee. How can a coffee shop have no coffee. Insane.

Even deluged by teams of volleyball players early Saturday, Michelle was pleasant, entertaining, and efficient as she greeted and took orders. Great start to a chilly day!
