It's a nice place and service was good. I loved the decor and feel of the place.  On the downside, it's a challenge to get in and out of from Nob Hill and I'm pretty sure they could shoot a murder scene in the bathroom. Not because it was dirty or anything, just had a really strange vibe. That said, I'd be happy to go again.

My wife and I feel warmly welcomed every time we stop by for our usual iced mocha and an tea. The service, in general, is great; however, when David takes our order or prepares our drinks, the service is exceptional! Yesterday, October 13th, through the drive through, David excitedly referred to me by my name, and remembered that my wife is usually next to me. He was excited to see us, and his cheery, friendly attitude made our day! It can't get any better. Thank you David.

11/24: Disappointed they weren't aware of all the promotions... I had a special on my app if I pay online I get a free drink the next day and it disappeared on my app only to find it in my inbox later when asked to prove it and claimed they never heard of such deal going on. As a customer, they made me seem like a liar and an idiot. Usually I have no problems here. But I am disappointed how the  barista who did the drive thru yesterday afternoon did not seem knowledgeable.

I absolutely love the owner/manager, (not sure which or his name) but he is very nice and funny! But...the staff are not welcoming!! I hate being at a coffee shop and being made to feel like a nuisance when I ask for more cream in my coffee or to ask for sugar, because their out! I know how I like my coffee, and I will always have it fixed if its not right or if it needs more cream or ice ect. If I'm paying $5+ for coffee I want it the right way.

My coffee is never made the way I like it and when you tell them they are not very happy about remaking it or sweeten it.😔
