Dear owner, You should be ashamed of your self...for one when we arrived there was only one waitress on the floor. Sheila( who was amazing) poor her . She was rung around like a chicken with her head cut off, while you sat at the serving counter looking like the most entitled person I have ever seen. While plates stacked up you stood there. As an employee of Costco I know what costumer service looks like and this was not it. Your work ethic is disgusting. Give Shelia a bonus. The happier your employees are the better service they will provide. It's 2017 get with the program. P.s my food had a hair in it and was cold after we witnessed our food sitting there for 20 min, so it had to be remade which took another 20 min. And you were just sitting there. I should have just ate an eggo waffle!

I thought everything was great! They were busy but had plenty of staff. Food was great, and the staff did a great job. I love both locations!

My first experience at this specific location yesterday was absolutely horrible!! I probably will NOT return due to the fact of how disgusted I am with the "owner" who should be ashamed of herself!! My up most respect for the waitress SHEILA... you are amazing for how well you multi tasked and managed to keep a smile on your face even thru all the upset impatient customers..including me!! First off not only was there one waitress, but the joint really filled up. Even then Sheila continued to push thru with high spirits. Meanwhile, customers grew impatient and upset as they waited and waited for there food that didn't arrive!! In total my friend and I waited 1 hour and 40 min!!! At 12 pm we witnessed our plates along with several other plates stack up on the counter while Sheila ran around taking more orders and serving drinks and cashing people out..while the half wit bimbo of an owner stood behind the counter doing absolutely nothing!!!! This was beyond infuriating! As the cook continued to set more plates out he just continued to stack plates. Our plate sat there for 20 min before it was served to us cold! To make matters worse there was a hair in my friends food so it was remade..so we waited another 20 min before we decided to leave hungry and so disatisfied. The thought that the owner felt so "entitled" and didn't even have the common sense to serve out or help at all at that matter was so upset. Remember that you were in plain sight of us customers as we watched our plates sit at the counter for 20 min!! It is because of this "owner" that I will NOT ever return and I will never give this place a good recommendation! Remember we are who keep your business going!!!! Get your head out of the clouds and roll your sleeves up and work for a change!!
