Parking is an issue because of the tight spaces available near the Starbucks. The staff is nice and the ladies bathroom is clean for the most part. The only issue I have is that the customer tables are almost always messy with crumbs and coffee spills. Other than that, the coffee tends to have the typical Starbucks quality. There aren't enough outdoor chairs and I think they should invest in more seating since it's a super busy location.

Staff is semi-friendly but more concerned with what's going on with each other rather than what's happening with patrons. The store is a disaster. Trash everywhere, dirty countertops, and it even smells gross when you walk in. I've never been to a Starbucks that doesn't smell like coffee. We only kept coming back because we were staying across the street at a nearby hotel and we're on foot the whole trip. This is a prime location though. Management needs to do a serious overhaul to bring this place up to par. Major disappointment. Oh, and if you need to use the restroom, make sure you ask for the lock code first to get in.

Great location near to be beach. However, the shopping center owners will tow vehicles. Don't leave vehicle for a long time when visiting the beach

Very dirty. The dirty toilet also awfully stinks. Dirty floor. Tables are always dirty. Awful. Good service. Nobody cares for purity. The manager doesn't watch purity.
