Went there tonight to get some drinks for 2 adults and 2 kids. Order the drinks on the moblie app which is normally the way to go. Got to Starbucks and it was like something went truly wrong. Waited in the drive thru line for about 20 mins. Then got pissed about taking so long. My wife goes in and about 5 mins she was out. The reason for the delay in service was that the staff was either poorly trained or they just didn't care. Orders were going out wrong printer maybe not working or hell maybe not even turned on. Cars waiting in line for 20 to 30 mins or longer to get one drink is sad.

They got my order wrong. Had a personal cup and they used a regular cup, after informing them they just poured my tea into my personal cup without cleaning or rinsing out my personal cup.....

The atmosphere is warming, the employees smile whenever they take your order. The food is good and the coffee made properly. It's nice for a payday brunch but not midweek as the prices may seem just a bit steep as has come to be expected from Starbucks. I'd rate their food as delicious. Their coffee I've only drunk five at this location. All of which were properly made. Even though the third was my sisters who didn't want it.
