AVOID going to this location if you can!! If I have options to choose no star, I wouldn't even rate one. The owners need to watch out their employees, terrible service with attitude for every visit. I've been there many time because that's the nearest location to my work. I got the attitude from the employee for 9 out of 10 visits, got the wrong order for 3 out of 10 visits, they never provide the green splash sticks for the drive thru customers (not kidding, everyone can try it), there is no respect, no appreciation. 

Dear Employees: If your attitude comes from the low pay, then please quit the job, no one force you to work here, if your personal skills can support you do well at a higher pay place, why would you work here? Being a nice volunteer? No, we don't need such spirit. Thank you. If not, keep working here, stop your physical complaint, and leave your at home. Greatly appreciate it.

The frapuccino was delicious. They have plenty of non-dairy options for those who need them. Great ambiance to spend time with friends catching up over a delicious beverage.

Terrible location!  Continued poor service by Junior....management could care less!  I go to this Starbucks several times a week and I go To Starbucks nearly everyday.....I had a problem with Junior before and reported him to management as well as the DM...he still works here...np...everyone deserves a job!  The problem i have is his continued rudeness...he held my bagel til it was ice cold then handed everyone else their bagel while placing mine on the table even though my name was on the bag...my bagel was so cold the butter didn’t even melt!  It took me 10 minutes to get my bagel! If I’m paying for quality, i expect quality!

I never write reviews, nevertheless negative ones, but something has to be said about their drive-thru service. The only excuse for waiting in a drive-thru line for thirty minutes is that they’re very understaffed. They’re also always out of something. This is a very busy location, which should mean the managers strive to always have back up. They were once out of almond and coconut milk, but after waiting in line for as long as I did, I delt with the only milk they had left: skim. Two stars because the drinks don’t normally have too many mistakes, but the long wait time is pretty ridiculous. I’m writing this review as I’m in the drive-thru line, by the way. Yes, I’ve had enough time to sit here and type all of this out while waiting for one coffee.
