Every time I come I see a long line at the drive thru and decide to come in to quicken the process.  This is always a huge mistake.  They prioritize their drive in customers so much more I’ll end up waiting at least three cars past where I would have been in line.  My experiences at other locations are so positive.  As someone new to the area it’s really disappointing.

I don't live around Babylon anymore, but when I'm passing through this Starbucks drive through is always one of my stops.  Every time I go I get great friendly service and an excellent cup of coffee.

I sent a mobile order in and didn’t change the creamer type to a nondairy option because I am highly lactose intolerant. I realized when I went to pick up the drink that by default it was made with milk, despite this being MY mistake the barista very nicely and efficiently remade my drink with soy milk. I always have a good experience when visiting this Starbucks.
