Mostly, I'm just really missing the old mom and pop style coffee houses. Starbucks isn't awful, their products are tasty. Sure they are pretty pricey for what you get, but the service is usually very good. The stores are always clean. However, the old style coffee house is a thing of the past and it seems to me that Starbucks, as a whole, deliberately made it so.

AUSTIN has seriously just made my day. I ordered a Hazelnut Macchiato with coconut milk and extra drizzle, and a Cafe Venti Frap. with Java chips and 2 espresso shots. Let me tell you!.. Seriously best barista, like ever! Thank you for making my morning, Austin. He not once rushed me while taking my order, nor did he give bad suggestions. His attitude was delightful and he was super kind the entire time.

One of the least favorite locations I've ever been to. Heard the most sad and inaccurate description of a drink, and after waiting for it, told they didn't have ingredients to go in....
