I work downtown and find that every single time I place an order for this location online it is absolutely perfect. Everything is fresh and delicious every time. Pick up is very easy and everyone is super polite and their cookies taste the same every time. Delicious and their portions are always generous. This is half a tuna sandwich (already ate the other half lol) and an oatmeal chip nut cookie that is to die for. Thanks for always being so organized and delicious, sequoia!!!

I was on jury duty and they let us go for lunch. It was a 2 minute walk straight north down L St., It was quick and you can even call ahead to order. They have a cafe deli type restaurant with seating inside and outside, Paris style. If you’re really in a rush, there are pre made sandwiches right next door that they make with the same ingredients. They seem to take pride in their soup, sandwiches, and salads. Nice place.

Truly the best sandwiches in town. The meat and cheese used are always high quality and veggies are always fresh. The staff is very helpful and friendly and always gets your order out quickly. Their lunch rush is a little crazy so expect a little bit of a wait. I don't think I know of any other sandwich shop in town that tops Sequoia. They seem to have found the perfect balance between variety and simplicity all in one.
