I always get great service at this location. Everyone is knowledgeable on the food and drink choices and always have suggestions to help you find the 'taste' you are looking to try. They also make sure I don't choose anything that might affect me allergy wise :-)

Coffee:

I stopped by for a coffee while traveling.  This Starbucks was busy with students and people with their laptops and notes.  The staff was fast and friendly at this shop even though they were busy. The coffee was good, hot and fresh. The restrooms were clean and so was the main lobby area even as busy as they were.  This coffe shop will definitely be on my repeat list if I'm ever in the area again!

I have been back but not so happy with service. Associate made me feel like she didn't have time for me and I wanted to buy some coffee that was 30percent off.
 Sarah told me the sale was over and went over to the basket and removed the sign. I called the Regional manager he said she should have given me the discount and he was sorry that happened. But he never offered to make it right.

This place is consistently bad, service is bad, they run out of products regularly, and some of the employees are rude (not all of them but a few). If you come here and they get your order right, it was an accident trust me. For the two years I have been coming here I would say you have a better chance of winning the lottery. If it is right it takes the 19 employees running the place a half hour to realize they forgot to make your order, this has happened at least 5 times and that is a conservative estimate. As I write this I am waiting here yet 20 minutes now, knowing they forgot to make my order. When I do say something (politely) i will most definitely get an eye roll. Thanks Starbucks trussville. I will not be giving you anymore of my money.
