1st time ever had a horrendous cup of coffee at Starbucks and it was at this location .Woman who took my order at counter was rude. 1st time for that too. She came over and asked "what do you want to order".  I said thank you when I was leaving. Didn't get a response. I think there was some kind of argument going on between staff. Who knows . She was a tall blonde woman with a tattoo.  Didn't get her name. Back to the coffee. Tasted like soap .There were particles floating in it . Took 2 sips .  Awful. Again totally out of the norm for Starbucks. Won't be back to this location .

I've been here before to have a coffee and the staff is okay, if you don't know what you want right away you can tell that the employees get a little antsy and can act like douches if you make them wait more than 5 Seconds of you looking at what you might want. 
And then I wanted to get a coffee before I headed off home around 9 at night 
The hours on Google said that they were open until 10 so I thought "Perfect! I'll get a quick coffee for the long ride home!"

I park my car and walk up to the front door, but before I could even make it some c**t sticks her head out the window and says that they're closed. I obliged and head back to my car disappointed. And then I got skeptical and decided to walk around the other side of the building to the front door to check on their posted hours and it indeed said that they close at 10
So they were not going to close for another hour.

I know that this may seem Petty to leave a review like this because of me being the last customer for Miles who decided to have a coffee an hour before the store closed, but hear me out.
This wasn't the first time I was disappointed in this particular establishment. They always gave me a hard time every time I wanted to order, the staff can be very passive aggressive.

All I wanted was a f*****g coffee, just one large hot black coffee. An American f*****g Joe. How hard is that?!?

Probably the last time I'll come visit this place.

 I am writing this sitting in my car after all this happened. 10 minutes have passed that I could have already had my goddamn coffee and then driving home.

Several times now they have gotten my order wrong at the window. Also have had same  coffee blends for  2 years .

The team at this location are always wonderful, quick, friendly and so attentive to customers.   Margaret in particular is fantastic!  They make my morning routine easy and enjoyable!
