I love their mushroom burgers.  I always order it when I go there.  I prefer going in the evening when there are fewer kids, since they seem to frequently have large groups of kids celebrating something or other.  It gets too noisy for my taste.  But the burgers are terrific.  I liked their old location, too.  The new location is a long walk from the parking lot, and I have trouble walking.

Negatives:
My only turn off about this was that as soon as we entered, the man at the front immediately wanted to put us at the bar (?) Even tho there was plenty of tables in the main dining area. We don't drink and we don't feel that the service would have been as good. The trash in the bathroom was also overflowing (yuck).

Positives, staff:

Our server was great, very attentive and fast with the refills which is great. The one in Blackstone you have to wait 8 years for refills.

Even the hostess was friendly and asked us how our day was with genuine interest, very nice!!

Neutral, drink:
The strawberry lemonade "speckled" had previously frozen strawberries which is mostly fine and what I would expect from a chain.

Positives, food:
Unlimited fries were delicious as always and plenty. We of course got the fireside and ranch dips.

Our burgers were perfectly cooked and no mistakes.

Besides the drive, great place to go!

Waitress Rosa was great! Seemed like there was not enough staff to go around. Sangria was more like red wine. Luckily I like red wine.

Three stars for the very nice waitress, last time we came here every thing was great and I wondered why all the negative reviews...tonight I found out. We were seated at a table, the waitress came over and asked us for drink orders, we gave our order, came back to take our food order. The food arrives..we have no utensils so we can't eat it, five minutes later they drop off the silverware, my wife orders a turkey burger which was good, unfortunately she didn't eat the bread as it was stale to say the least. I ordered a Bansai salad which obviously has an Asian flair with teriyaki chicken, mandarin oranges and grilled pineapple, they served it with ranch dressing which I thought couldn't possibly be right, I do like ranch dressing but it doesn't belong with an Asian salad, so I questioned that and asked for the correct dressing, they assured me that was the correct dressing after leaving to go ask and my waiting five more minutes. I gave up because I couldn't remember what the correct dressing should be and by then the chicken was mostly cold and I didn't want to go on with it forever. The chicken was also partially undercooked. The waitress was so nice they we really didn't complain, my wife just didn't eat the bread and I ate what I could. It was late and I guess I just wasn't in the mood to make a federal case out of it all. But won't be going back anytime soon, which is the bottom line.

Brian the bartender is awesome! Has a great personality and is very detail oriented. Refreshing to find such great customer service.
