Ordered a Caramel Frap. It was so bad I could not drink it. I usually don't complain. I went and asked for a new one. They made it. That one was okay, but tasted very different. How can two of the same drinks be so different???? The one up the street by wall mart is a much better tasting Starbucks. Stay away from this one unless you are wanting a big disappointed.

Used to be the best Starbucks in town. Don't know what happened but I just can't get a decent drink there anymore. I live 4 minutes from this location and I will drive to queensgate or Rd 68 for good coffee..

If you are not a regular it can be frustrating.  New staff at Starbucks frequently is unaware of coffee preparations. Also twice today order was lost.  The coffee condiment counter where the cream and sugar is located has always been dirty in my experience.  It is dirty now.

This is my go-to Starbucks. I love this location. The staff are always friendly, and you can tell they enjoy themselves and what they do. 😊
