Baristas are so helpful and friendly. Have never had an issue with any order. Establishment always clean with a welcoming vibe.

Loud environment. They charged me for whipping cream. WTH? Lol. Definitely not the 5-star Starbucks you find in Seattle.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Tri-Cities. They get my order right & are always very nice. The drinks, etc are always perfect!

Have gone to this location last 2 weekends and they are out of cold brew. I'm not sure why it's a recurrent thing for this location. Hopefully management is aware so they can have the proper items for future. We were forced to go elsewhere and out of or way.
