I enjoy this Starbucks a lot it's nice and with the Reno it is even nicer than before. Although my friend and I went and ordered a Java Chip Frap and they gave us a completely different thing we left and came back later that day ordered the same thing and then got the same as before. I asked one more time for a Java chip and at last they finally made it

This location is inside the local Kroger store. The staff seems either new, or they just don't know how to make a standard drink. Ordered a mocha frappachino with an extra pump of mocha. When they made it, the drink was soupy and tasted awful. When we asked to have it made again she said "oh, I thought you wanted 3 pumps as its standard to only have 2". Actually, that is not true on a Venti. Even after they remade it - it still didn't taste right. A huge disappointment. When we asked about if they had any "You Are Here" mugs, they had no idea what I was talking about. Save your time and your money and go to a different location. I understand this is a Kroger location - but the others that I have been in have never been this bad.

I came in and ordered the drink I order every time I am at this Starbucks but when I asked for it one of the workers gave me a very dirty look and snapped a sassy response and was very rude. Usually the service is really good but this girl sucked.thanks.
