Growing up in Seattle, Starbucks experiences were usually pretty consistent. At this store, we've had a wide variety of service. It seems we only visit when they are training new partners. While I realize they all need to train new staff, perhaps this location seems to have a lot of turnover.

I ordered a refill of dark roast, the first cup came with grounds, they told me since they were out of brewed coffee they would have to charge me a "labor fee" to make a pour over! Wow! Also staff was very immature and unpleasant.

Going there for over ten years and never ever had such bad experience like today. Two people on cash register taking orders from people and only one us actually making drinks! About ten people lined up in waiting already, more people coming and only one still making the drinks. My chocolate croissant cooled down before I got my drinks. So much for asking to heat it up at the beginning. Needed to say also , the table in front of milk and sugar table is blocking pathway and whatever advertising post is blocking it on the other side. My husband also was complaining on their service quality for some time now and we start avoiding this Starbucks . So sad because we were going there for years regardless if it was on our way or not.

Great drinks. Setup inside the store is a little awkward though - drink pick up area is too small and near the bathroom.

Service with an attitude. Not a friendly staff. Like to talk about other costumers who are not there when I was in line. Barista got my order wrong and then made me feel Kline it was my fault. Eye rolling was a plenty with her that day. At least ten people waiting for drinks. She was too busy talking to her friend instead of making drinks. Never coming back to this store!
