This is the best TJ Maxx in town. It is very large - larger than most. It is well stocked with all kinds of good merchandise at very reasonable prices. It is located in a great location featuring other stores such as Trader Joe's, ACE Hardware, Old Navy, Sierra Training Post, and more.

Worst customer service. I'm standing at the cash register as I write this review. I found a 2 piece swimsuit with one price tag on the top. The bottom didn't have a price tag. I've been waiting here for 10 minutes not including the time I waited in line to get to the register. As the line is backed up and there's only 3 registers open, this is a nightmare. Not sure why it's so difficult to price check an item that should have been priced in the first place. I would have walked away if I wasn't going on vacation in a couple days and desperately in need of a swimsuit. Not coming back here.

Great stock! But unfortunately the customer service is nonexistent. My recent experience made me not want to return. The staff in cosmetics are standing around with nothing to do, and have trouble finding everything in their department. But still can’t even smile or offer to help customers, which is very unfortunate. When I got in line to pay, my number was called and I went up to the assigned register and the woman just ignored me. Then she called the next customer who stepped right in front of me, and she then began ringing up his products. I said “Excuse me I was next, ive been waiting.” She looks at me and says “Oh I didn’t see you there, just wait I already started his transaction and I can’t cancel it. I said I would go back in line, and she said “No. just wait, he has less products than you, so he will be quick.” I literally bought 3 items, and he had 2. She didn’t bother to apologize and said I wasn’t standing in the right direction so it was my fault she wasnt aware of her surroundings. Then of course she had trouble running his payment, and had trouble understanding him. Meanwhile the customers in line behind me were being helped left and right. I was just standing there, until she figured out what she was doing....

I LOVE this TJ Maxx location! I could easily spend my entire paycheck here! Always so many great items. Clothing, cosmetics, household goods, you name it 😄
