for some reason my daughter ordered a sandwich and she waited 30 minutes while everyone else was being served...they kept telling her they were gona warm her sandwich but didnt do it..until she finaly went to the counter and stood there for them to do it....five girls were working...common. Like where is management?

The tall guy with the curly long hair (Juan) is friends with all of the regulars. I have never been here for more than to just pick up my drink, but I decided to sit and study for a while and almost everyone that comes in says hi to him, and it's a great thing to see. I have never seen someone know so many regulars anywhere. He is so sweet to everyone and it's only 7:30am. Give him a raise!

This one girl is the best she always makes the coffee perfect and she is so nice! Always gives me new coffees and drinks to try out - best starbucks ever.
