Incredibly rude staff. Couldn't accomplish to get an order the way that literally every other Starbucks in corpus did for me. Substandard and poor management. They're always out of items no matter what, wether you go in person, drive thru or even mobile orders! It is ridiculous. They always have an excuse. I used to work at a Starbucks before so I know how crutial it is to be fully stocked on your inventory but I'm not surprised. The manager only works there 2-3 times a week when she feels like it and have personally experienced being around her and her work ethic. She can't train employees right and the only people she knows how to treat right are regular customers. It's sad. During closing times no one really cleans the bathrooms. They just throw trash and stock soap. I never saw employees washing their hands before and after making drinks like they're supposed to. That multibillionaire company alone can afford to produce so much waste of products remaking picky people's drinks but can't pay their baristas over 9 dollars an hour. Don't shop at Starbucks. There are so many better local coffee shops you could support instead of the overpriced diabetes they serve.

Gave this location 1 star about a year ago because they were so slow and had grouchy employees. They have completely turned it around. I am there at least one a day. The employees remember your name AND your drink. They genuinely care about the customers. Great customer service! Ali and Zach are among the best of any Starbucks I have ever been to and trust me I have a huge territory and have been to a lot over the years!

They've really been slacking for months now. I've been coming to this location for a long time, and I think they've gone down quite a bit. I order on the app often and that's where they mess up on orders. They never seem to read anything but the name and no details and then they seem inconvenienced when they need to remake it. I know they are usually busy, just like any other location, but I prefer quality over quantity.

I cannot give any stars for their service. Ashley, a manager is horrible. They do not know how to make COFFEE!!!! Most employees are lazy. They do not look happy at workng there. Do not give your customers any ATTITUDE!!! Alo, watch out! Victoria who works there doesn't know the difference between soy milk and skim milk! LOL She deserved to be called "stupid."
