How's  the service at this location? I would say excellent. There was the eye contact and most importantly brain contact. I like the sandwich too. Smurf agrees  with my review. Wright,  Smurf? Eeeeeehaaaa. I gave him some.

The place need a little better cleaning, It wasn't very busy and all of the tables were dirty. Needs better management(either staffing issue or a manager that doesn't care how his store is perceived by the clients,

This is one of the better locations. During the winter months, all locations I visit are cold. Very cold. I never get cold. So if you plan to have an extended stay, bring comfortable layers.

the employees are very nice and friendly, but they had some window cleaning staff on Saturday who were awful. Seems they had out sourced the window cleaning. the person who was cleaning , was cleaning the windows by coming in between people sipping their coffees. he was extremely rude . he was not even ready to wait till the time we finish our coffee. people go to starbucks for some peaceful time but we did not get any due to that guy. when i requested him to wait for a while he gave me a very rude reply. I hope other people do not experience this.
