Just showed up at 503am and the woman says she not open, told her online says she's open at 5 but still deny me says open at 530 plz fix your time

Either i  dont go to often to starbuck, but the serviced sucked. Placed my order, waited  for 15 minutes not realizing my order was done . Need to find a better way to adress customers on when your order is done.  I just figured what my order was and took it.
