Well Starbucks this is where it's going to start I am sick and tired of paying $6.76 for a drink that the Barista makes the way she wants to make it, I told you Starbucks it has to stop and it must stop ,when I order my 4 shot latte I want 4 shots in my latte I'm paying for it not the barista now the stupid girls that you hire and train Starbucks are taking the rap for your foul training and theft of product ideas from the customer.. now the stupid girl that made my drink at this Starbucks should go and open her own latte stand and she can make the drinks anyway she wants but for now Starbucks it's on you this is happened to me too many times to be just a random event this is something that Starbucks is training these employees to carry on business for them this is the way Starbucks carries on business theft of product from the customer anyway you look at it it's all about income for the company called Starbucks they don't care about you and your drink they just want your money and they want it as fast as they can get it! And you can't deny that fact because that's the way we all want our money... And by the way stupid Barista girl make my coffee the way I paid the company you chose to work for to have it made- listen to the customer and demand Perfection from yourself stupid.

This particular Starbucks has a good vibe. I enjoy doing paperwork & reports there and they are very good at not sacrificing indoor service in favor of drive-through business, which a number of locations can't seem to manage.

Bummed with my experience. Barista recommended I try the the matcha powder in my green ice tea. I said OK but no sugar please. Paid like 4 bucks for the drink. It had sweetener in it. Turns out their matcha is pre-sweetened. So I brought it back, they wouldn't refund me my money, their policy is to give you a new drink.  They made me a regular ice tea.  So I just paid $4 for the $2 drink I was originally intending to get to begin with😒 Awesome.

The placement of the exit from the drive through to the road is very tight... Can see issues arising  if it got busy.... Menu board lights were not on and made it hard to see... Service is slow but customer service was nice about it and made sure to tell us they were working on it and not leave us guessing!
