Larry Backstrom, owner and chief designer at Olympic Food Equipment is one of the nicest, most authentic people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my work as a photographer for Google. Food equipment is the minor side of his business, where he really excels is as a restaurant designer, having designed not only most of the casino restaurants in Washington but a large number of well known upscale operations as well.

I bought 2 door true freezer 4 years ago. Paid over $5000. Freezer brake down. Call true certified technician, to troubleshoot the problems. technician told me, compressor isn't working again. I had same problem 2 years ago. Compressor still on warranty, but still I need to pay for installation. Also he told me freezer made for south America. This company ordered wrong freezer.
