The bathroom is always filthy, floors and walls needs bleach and disinfectant. The tables are not cleaned, I always have to request someone to clean them. They should have a rotation for bathroom and table check every 30 minutes.  I've been going to this location for years and it's never been this bad. The new management needs training. The staff is ok, but better service and politeness before new management. They forget about mobile orders. My order sat for 3 to 4 minutes on counter and then they realized it was mine. I could see the difference that change makes. I was wondering what happen, because not the same friendly and homely feeling. I used to write good reviews, but now, I can't. I'm currently waiting for new location on pines to open and I may start going there, if it doesn't get better here.

I haven't been to this location in 11 months and sad to say that one of my drinks was not made correctly. The staff was friendly and it wasn't rush hour therefore when I drove off with our drinks I expected them to be exactly how I ordered them ☹️ that wasn't the case. I just expect so much more from Starbucks employees especially for the amount of money that we're spending on our drinks.

Excellent atmosphere to relax and have some coffee or tea. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms exceptionally clean

I'm outraged 
I came before my soccer practice to get a strawberry frappe and when I went I waited 40 minutes 
. When I finally went to the window he didn't even start on my order.  Then he made something totally different .  We neeeeded to go to practice so I left.  I waited 40 minutes and didn't get what I wanted. He didn't even say sorry.
I am so disappointed
