I️ had a wonderful time with my husband and son celebrating my birthday yesterday. The customer service is excellent there! Especially from an employee named Sean. I️ lost my phone and he went out of his way to help me find it. Even tried downloading an app on his phone to try to locate my phone. He even came outside with us to help us look. He seemed very worried and eager to help me. I️ can’t than him enough for trying so hard! That’s what I️ call excellent customer service. And I️ hope he gets prized for helping us. Not everyone would care like he did. Thank you Sean!

Me and my girls had a great evening celebrating my birthday. The food and drinks were superb!! They've added new drinks and food to menu. Our waiter was nice and very informative of the menu. We received our drinks, appetizers, and main entrees in timely manner. Will definitely be back again.

Nice dinner with the fam.  Jasmine was very polite and attentive. Service was good.  Conch fritters were small compared to other restaurants but very tasty.  Food was filling.  But the rum cake tho...so, so good.  Should have taken one to go.  Next time buying coconut shrimp instead of the jerk shrimp.  Not authentic jerk flavoring but still good, especially with the bread for dipping.  Outside seating has a great atmosphere.  Nice warm fire on a cool night.  Saw lots of smiling faces as we left the restaurant. Will visit again.

It was disappointing to learn that Bahama Breeze does not serve Brunch. However, I was able to customize my meal and substituted the meal with Grits. Parking was great. Service was Great. Atmosphere Great very Tropical. Live music was provided outdoors.

SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!! My friends and I chose this restaurant for our ladies night out and to our surprise it was not a good experience. 
First let me start off with our server Sam, he was very negative. I ordered a virgin mojito and immediately he let me know that anything I altered he would not change or take off my check if I didn’t like it. He also let me know if I altered any of the menu items and didn’t like it the same. One of the ladies in my party ordered the oxtail and short rib dish and when it came, to her surprise she got 1 small piece of oxtail and 1 small piece of short rib. She had a lot of rice and had no meat to finish it with. We spoke to server Sam and he said all he could do was get the kitchen manager. When he came out we let him know and all he said was they weigh the portion of meat and it’s to be only 3oz per serving. I asked him nicely to try to make his customer happy and all he did was “roll his eyes “ and walk away. I really thought he would have come back with something else for her to finish her rice, he never came back. We went to the restaurant manager Jesse and let her know what had occurred and she was very nice and accommodating listening to our complaint. She said she has heard the same complaint regarding the portion size of the oxtail dish and still there was nothing done. Last let me add the food was very tasty it was just not portioned appropriately for the price. Jesse gave us some coupons to use upon our return if we chose to and that was very much appreciated. That kitchen manager needs to learn good customer service skills or get out of the service business. I hope this issue will get resolved once and for all.
