Idk what's up with this Starbucks location but it's the worst customer service I've received at a Starbucks ever. Not an exaggeration, just facts. Everyone has attitudes when you go. The drinks are always low on ice and just do not taste consistent with other Starbucks. They also tend to be out of stock on certain items more than others I've been to. Unfortunately it's the only Starbucks in town with a drive through so it means we just rarely go anymore unless we are driving through to another area and can stop at a different Starbucks on the way. The customer service is probably the most irritating part because no one is friendly or helpful; they are always curt and begrudging every time I have been through
Every time I come to this particular location I catch attitude from the person taking my order because they don't want to customize my drink. I have to tell them every time that I order this same drink from 5 different locations EVERY SINGLE DAY. Other locations give me my order work a smile and no hassle. I drive out of my way to go to other locations but I should not have to do that just so I don't have to have an unpleasant experience and be forced to finish making my own drink.
This place blows, Spend your money elsewhere! Expensive and SLOW. You’ll see someone go through the drive though before you get you pre order you put in 20 minutes ago it’s commical
We received poor customer service. We ordered two drinks that are made with strawberries. The barista in training at this location prepared these drinks. She noticed that there were barely any strawberries and asked the other barista if they should get more. He stated that what was there was fine. He was very dismissive and behaved as though he was in a rush to close despite the fact that closing time was not for another 45 minutes. The barista in training was very kind and diligent . More so than the young man that was presumably training her.
Went to Starsucks and ordered a Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle. Paid for my drink and this is what I get. No caramel. The guy tells me that they don’t have anymore after I paid. Why didn’t he tell me that when I was ordering? Let me make the choice of whether or not I want my CARAMEL Frapp without CARAMEL or not. Oh and I ordered Birthday Cake pops and he tells me that they ran out of this is also after I paid and suggested I try a different one. They were dry and my drink was not good. I won’t be going back there. One because they’re dishonest and two, it was not good at all. A waste of money and time.
Starbucks is consistent if not always super innovative. I appreciate the consistency, and know that my drink will be made well and the staff will be friendly and efficient. I usually use the app and walk in to pickup. The store is always neat and the bathrooms are always clean, which is nice. Holiday decor is appropriate for each season!

I patronized this Starbucks recently at 8:59 pm only to be turned away by the manager who told me ..."no customers after 9pm". He chose to refer to Target as the culprit for his decision. It was absurd and ridiculous to turn me away as there were no additional customers behind me anywhere in sight. I simply wanted a cup of coffee. After walking away, a gentleman and his wife, who had just been served, apologized to me for the managers actions and told me that they would have ordered for me. I am Black, and I'm not certain that the manager's decision to turn me away had anything to do with that...but I am certain...either way...Black, White, Asian, Mexican, Hispanic, Irish, Italian, Polish, etc...the manager's decision to turn me away inside this Target location in Orange City, FL was disturbing and inappropriate I'm my opinion.
Everytime I want to get a drink here there’s a huge line and 1 person working. Today I walked in and there was 1 person infront of me and I waited 15 minutes to order because the barista was working alone and had 6 drinks to make. Kinda ridiculous how the target/starbucks employees are treated here
Always smells great when you first walk in to the store. Doesn't everyone love coffee and shopping?! Service has been friendly and fast each experience I've had here. The whole target it's located in just got remodeled so it's a great place to shop!
