The staff was great. I asked for a drink concoction to be made and Malaysia made her creation and it was amazing! I have tried so many Starbucks all over east coast and just couldn't find the right drink until yesterday. Thank you, Malaysia for your unique creation. Truly like Christmas in a cup.Food: 5/5

This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Sassy and impatient baristas made a vanilla latte with no vanilla in it and gossiped about a customer that had just left.Food: 1/5

Staff is EXCELLENT here! Although I don't expect it they all remember my name and order -- every day! The staff baristas? are ALL excellent at their jobs. Quick and efficient and all polite! I've never had a problem despite going there *every morning* for the past 6 months.Atmosphere: 5/5

This Starbucks is in the downtown Richmond VA Marriott. My grand daughter wanted latte and this was the closest one in the area. The employees were friendly. The area was clean.  Parking: Since we were just going to Starbucks to grab the latte, we were told to just park in the front entrance canopy and leave the key with Valet.

Coffee order was wrong and cups were 3/4 full.  Parking: Just don’t come

Well-run Starbucks with a beautiful lobby to enjoy your beverage in. On the weekend, one of the better options for coffee.Service: 5/5

The staff was nice and the food was good. But they’re using a weird staffing system.  Someone meets you in line and takes your order. You get to the register, no one is there. They call out your drink order and hand you a breakfast sandwich. You wait with your hands full, the line keeps growing. You repeat your order when someone eventually gets to the register.  The line system needs to be tweaked. Maybe the order takers should hit the register occasionally. So it doesn’t feel like your being held in line for no reason.

In and out this location is great. Service is brisk! Orders are always correct. This store in housed in the old Arby's. BONUS:  Free coffee grounds for my composter!Food: 4/5

Stayed at the Marriott and were given two vouchers that we were told covered $10/voucher at Starbucks. Ordered food and drinks that came to around $20, but the manager said the vouchers did not cover the drinks. I told them what we were told by the concierge and they gave us the full value of the vouchers like it wasn't a big deal. Came to realize after we left the hotel that both the latte's my wife and I ordered had no espresso in it -- just hot milk. Not sure why they felt the need to get one by on us when we were just going by what we were told by the concierge.

Service is is fast and friendly, there's a lovely young lady there that greets everyone with a "happy Mon, etc". Beverages have been made correctly each time. I've only been in the AM,, cant speak to other shifts, but the AM weekday shift staff are awesome. Beverages are what you'd expect at any Starbucks, and are made to standard. Bar seating along window, 2 or 3 tables in seating area, very tiny location inside Marriot lobby.
