They were closed for months for renovations and now since they’ve reopened they got rid of all of the tables and chairs, they even have signs on the window ledges saying “Please do not sit.” It used to be a cozy place where you could sit and study or have a nice chat but now that’s all gone. It used to be a decent third place but now it really feels like they just want you in and out as quickly as possible. It’s a real disappointment.

I have been a customer here for over a decade. Up to a few months ago, almost a year, i would know all the baristas by name and all.was great from the customer service to the products.  However, lately my orders have been done pretty mediocre.  I am very particular about having drinks with extra extra whip, and i always need to remind them to add the darn whip. This is a pic of what should have been a grade drink with extra, extra whip and extra caramel.

Ordered online but they didn’t even start preparing the order after 20minutes order placed.Food: 4/5

I was starting to visit this branch more often - then realized last night they are now closed for renovation.

Good outlet,Well organised and following all Covid protocols.Service time is quite quick.Outdoor and Indoor seating both available but we prefered outdoor in sun.Thumbs up to this Starbucks

By far the worst Starbuck's I've ever been to.  They do not know how to make a Espresso Con Pannas doppio or triple correctly 75% of the time.  Their food case had 4+ little flies probably fungus gnats in it yesterday nibbling on the food they sell to customers see 2 on top of choc chip cookie.  Sometimes there is only 1 person working and I have to wait until that barista takes the order from customer in front of me, then the barista makes their drink before taking my order.  Their manager should be either fired or retrained, and that manager's manager should be strongly reprimanded for incompetency.

They 'renovated' this place by taking out all the seating. Huh??? The friendliness of the service has also gone downhill.Food: 4/5

I have visited this place a couple of times, usually after my chick fil a breakfast and before I head out for a road trip.  The location is easily accessible, staff is friendly and the place is mostly clean. See pictures.

Absolutely delightful! Food and drinks are always spot on and when you pay for extra caramel you get EXTRA CARAMEL literally suck up blobs of caramel through the straw, it's phenomenal. I didn't realize how spoiled I was here until I went to a location in Everett. I'm never letting this place go!!!Food: 5/5
