This Starbucks is in Hy-Vee which is very convenient. The people working there are so friendly. I love the vanilla sweet cream cold brew!

I received the perfect cafe frap today from your 3800 Lincoln way Ames, Iowa store!

Drink didn't taste right & they wouldn't fix it!  Rude staff & I've never been told to pay to make my drink right at a Starbucks! Very disappointing!

The staff and manager are polite and friendly.  Easily one of my favorite Starbucks to visit.
