I’ve been here multiple times and every time the same person who works she hasn’t had a name tag on every time is very rude. I have asked questions and had specific wants for my drink and every time she says no and doesn’t want to actually take the time to make my drink the way I normally get it at any other Starbucks. Very disappointed.

I only go here when my wife insists. I would rather get drip coffee from a gas station than give this company my money. Hope the wife gets tired of the Pink Drink soon, I'm sick of picking strawberry slices out of the kitchen sink drain.

I have lived in Ames for two years and this is the best place to get my Starbucks coffee. There are quite a few other locations, but this one is the best. The girls that work that are friendly and they make my specialty coffee perfectly each day.

I went to order my drink and an older female employee was yelling profanity at another employee in the back. It made my experience really uncomfortable, and I don't think I'll be going back.

Anti-vet and they have people that make coffee without washing their hands. No thanks! I'd rather buy Black Rifle Company brands. Vet owned and operated.

Didnt follow starbucks rules, tried to order with no ice but they said they can't do that however that goes against policy.

Even when lines are long they keep the wait minimal. Staff is always friendly.

Very busy but they got the drinks to us very promptly and staff was very kind.

Who does not love coffee. It's nice target has a coffee in the store if you are thirsty
