I'm here a lot, I spend way too much on drinks here on a regular basis.  Today we got really awesome service from Tyler.   I was super grateful!  It's rare to be taken care of so well at a chain food/beverage store.

I've been in here a few times and EVERY time I've ordered an iced coffee I request for it to be sweetened and it never is! (Drive-thru) so last time I walked in so I could taste it in the store before driving off. I let the cashier know the problem I've had and he told me they automatically sweeten the iced coffee. So today I went in and requested it to be sweetened and again it was not! How hard is it to put a couple of pumps of syrup?! I come here because it's on my way to San Jose...  I'm done with this location!
Try to fix this problem for future customers.

Convenient, easy access from freeway and ample parking.  Quick, efficient barista despite being very busy!

I like this Stabucks but 95% of the time I just use the drive thru on my way to work.  As long as you don't order food they are pretty quick. I also like that my drink stays consistent.  I always know it will taste like what I ordered as opposed to some other Starbucks'.

Waited 10-15 minutes in the drive thru lane. Ordered my drink, when I finally got it I took a drink after leaving and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. The receipt said exactly what I ordered, but it certainly wasn’t even close to it. I would’ve returned to request a new one but didn’t feel like waiting for another 10-15 minutes (inside was packed too). Will not return nor recommend.
