As much as I love Starbucks, this store is by far the slowest when it comes to orders. Having to wait 30 minutes for a mobile order is unacceptable. I understand staff challenge, but the staff don’t put effort into even trying to move at a fast pace. Not to mention, the staff look as if they don’t want to be at work. No smiles, no kind interaction, just all around seeming to just “get the job” done at their own pace. This is the last time that I will be purchasing from this store. I can go to the location slightly further away, enter into a clean store without garbage overflowing, a mess of counters, and dreary personalities. I suggest the owner pay a visit and open their eyes to the what the store actually looks like. So sad.

Went here for "Red Cup Day". Service was fast and friendly.  Even though it was more crowded than usual, service was fast.<b>Food</b>: 5/5

They were online order only when I stopped by. Very busy and very cramped. The online only makes it harder to get exactly what you want, especially when the app doesn't show half the options for customization that you are able to request in person. Probably won't come back. I understand being short staffed, not knocking them for that. But, it is small and has a weird layout.

Never again, didn’t even fill them up and put the right lids on and one of them wasn’t even full even though we had asked for no whipped cream, also I ’m not sure if it’s for sure but it seemed like two of the employees were laughing about us because one said something and the other one looked over at my sister and I and he started laughing

Layout is cramped and confusing. Employee was impatient and didn't let me describe what I just had ordered at a different location the previous day, so I ended up with something I didn't want. I have a major anxiety order and occasionally need a little extra time. Not the first negative experience I've had at this location, I won't be returning.

Always my go to Starbucks. Everyone that works here is so friendly and personable. I have been to many Starbucks and this is the best one by far<b>Food</b>: 5/5

This place is always to go store! Everyday I come here. Staff are friendly and good quick service. I place a mobile order, they make it on time irrespective of crowd and make your drink special and customize they want you want.  Delayed drinks are rewarded with cards. So definitely good place to stop by to grab your drink.

They closed before the regular time And they not doing the coffee as I requested

Of all the days, to finish up my Beautiful Mother’s Day my daughter went in to get me a coffee after a fun filled day. The barista never greeted her, was horribly rude. Set the drink on the counter and never stated it was the drinks which had been ordered. So!!! I have one piece of wisdom I’d like to impart. What ever you’re experiencing is NEVER a reason to be rude to anyone else Period. We all experience bad days. Yet, those are opportunities to pick ourselves up, by owning our feelings and dealing with self so as not to hurt others. Shame on you for your ridiculous behavior. I then came in myself to see in fact if maybe my daughter had misperceived the actions of the barista to find that not only were they true, she repeated the same behavior towards me. Walked right by, no acknowledgment and proceeded to turn her back to avoid making eye contact. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Will NOT be back. Customer Service 0, the overall work area behind the counter was unkept. 0 Sanitation. Overall experience 0. I would suggest cleaning up the store and the attitudes of the employees.
