Sometimes it's good, most times it's horrible, staff has no problem serving stale cold food, staff is also very quick to have you pull around and wait, recently I seriously waited 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry, had I not already paid, I would've left. This place used to be really good, lately it's towards the bottom in terms of quality and service! Do yourself a favor, pass this place up, and go to the location up the road on Dix, by the Kroger! Or venture into Taylor, food and service is much better at other locations. Today's cold food and soggy fries are it for me, I think I'll wait quite a while before I try this location again.
On Monday, 5/27/24, 7:00pm at the Allen Park location on Southfield. I was waiting for the vehicle next to me to complete their order so I can then place my order, another vehicle pulled in and McDonald's just began to take their order and just skipped right over me. So I drove ahead thinking their speaker wasn't working, I just wanted to place my order and inform them about what happened. As I was explaining and asking if they can take my order, the drive-through lady said she has no control of who is next and began telling me how short staffed they are and that I need to just drive back around to order. They manger Lady, who was on shift walked over to the window and said theirs only 3 people working and began yell about her day and how she couldn't help me. Then she yelled over to the person behind me and began saying to them "he's the reason your food is taking long". This unsafe act of management was creating a conflict between customers. I just left because I clearly wasn't going to have my order taken. Between the poor customer service and them placing the customers lives in danger by provoking conflicts, I now lost respect for the workers at this location.
This is the Best McDonalds in Metro Detroit. No other MD does food thos good! We drive 12 miles for their food. It's dine in good, fresh, hot, and fast. The management/ owner cares about this place for 7 years they've been consistent with providing a great experience. Watching my health, this how I "keep it in moderation" and treat myself.
There was about three or four cars in front of me. This is my first time coming to this McDonalds. I was on my way to visit a friend I haven't seen in awhile. Took me less than 15 minutes to get through. And my food was hot and fresh! The co-worker was very friendly and said she appreciated me and told me to have a good evening :- excellent customer service. She had red hair and glasses. She deserves employee of the month. Thank you for the great courteous service
Waited 10-15 minutes for being the only car in line, wrong food when it was handed to me, watered down drink practically was slightly colored water. Went to get food corrected they tried to give me half the order this time instead of the whole meal. When i got the correct food finally the burger was cold and fries had no salt what so ever on it. Will not be coming here anymore, go to the one in dix/southfield
This is one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Garbage everywhere. When you pull up to the window, it is absolutely filthy below it. This is not an eat in McDonald's, so I can't imagine how bad it is inside. More often than not, you have to pull around and wait. It has been like this for quite a few years. Only go out of food desperation.
They take so so long time to make the order and they forget how to smile or talk nicelyService: 2/5
Not my favorite location, service and quality can be hit or miss, and I think pretty much everyone realizes that McDonald's isn't fast, value, quality, and even the rewards program isn't as good as it once was. I have had experiences at this location that caused me to phone corporate and/or take the survey to report issues. All that said, this location was near a destination and on this visit my food was 1 good sandwich and 1 that was slapped together with no signs of care.
Worst there is, remarkable how bad the service is. You inept trash have set a new low, hope you're proud scumbags!Food: 1/5
Drive through was a little slow but I blame the customers. Food was excellent, exactly as expected. Order correct, napkins, picante sauce... Love it when the order is right!
