I went here a few days ago and I ordered a Frappuccino and it was made wrong the first time because they made a mocha instead. I waited 15 minutes for them to make the correct one and had to leave because I had to take my friend to work. I came back so they could make it and I waited another 10 minutes, and when I got it, it didn’t even taste good. I don’t think there was enough flavoring in it.

I get my coffee here almost every morning on my lunch break I work overnight stocking in the store love the people that work here and they make my drink just the way I like it. 10/10 would recommend getting to know them and give thier coffee a try.

I love this starbucks! The baristas are great and all deserve to be treated well. They remember my order and always make it right, something the store on canyon can't even do right. I don't know the names of all of the baristas, but I do remember Taj, Dan, and Shelby, and they're all great. However, Fred Meyer DOES need to address how it's other employees treat the baristas at starbucks. I've seen several fred meyers employees treat the Starbucks workers like absolute garbage, and that's incredibly disappointing. You can't help the rude customers, but the rude employees do need to be handled as that reflects badly on management.

I ordered a caramel macchiato with almond milk and it tastes absolutely horrible. There isn’t any caramel inside and it just tastes like rotten milk. I usually order this at Starbucks so I know what I’m ordering. In addition, the employee who called out my name was really rude and said, “Name, or Name whatever it his”. I don’t care if they’re having a bad day, please just don’t rub it onto other people. I just wasted money on the most disgusting drink and was treated rudely.

I love getting my coffee in this location. I'm very picky about how my Peppermint Mocha with whip is made and they ALWAYS make it correctly. Plus one of the barista's remembers me and my drink and will get it started before I have paid. That is the kind of service we all deserve.

I love how handy this particular Starbucks out of the three in Ellensburg is right in Fred Meyers! I almost always grab a coffee before I shop! It’s awesome to have in the cold Winter months & convenient during the Summer months. The baristas are always nice & they make great drinks! Never a complaint!

I go to starbucks almost every day for my husband and myself .I have  an app on my phone.  I've been to this one 3 times in the last 3 months. I usually go to the college one but I shop at Fred's so I would like to be able to get my coffee there . I haven't liked this starbucks ever .They haven't been consistant on the way they make it. I get a quad Carmel mach.with only 1 pump of the carmel in it Grande  my husband gets the same except a venti and he gets all the shots of Carmel .This starbucks constantly taste bad .Today I got one because I had shopping to do and my husband wasn't with me .So I only got mine thinking I'm going to try it here one more time. Well not only did it taste bad but the service was bad .I was the 2nd one in line and I asked the girl if she was the only one working cuz there were allot more people coming behind me. I saw another employee off to the right texting on her phone hoping she could hear me so she could start the order of the  person in front of me. She said no .I said well is she on brake? She said no and continued to write my order on the cup . The other lady just kept texting on her phone .So I went over to where I was going to get my drink. The girl that took my order told the customer behind me she would be right with them and she went and started making orders .Finally the other lady came over to take orders .I was watching her and the other girl who was making the orders .The girl making the orders was working her butt off. She was getting others orders that were easy like reg coffee or waters as well as try to make the special orders. I waited about 20 min. For my 1 coffee .The other lady was taking orders. There were allot of people by then. That is nothing new at the other starbucks that I go to by the college .But the girl taking orders usually gets the baked goods, waters, reg coffee, or even helps start fraps. I got my coffee and went to the front of Fred's cuz I wanted to complain about the one girl that was texting on her phone .I mean after she would take an order she would turn around and text on her phone instead of helping .Other people waiting were even complaining at this point. I asked to talk to starbucks manager .The girl called her .She was taking so long so she called another manager .I asked the manager if he was with Starbucks .He said he was over the manager of Starbucks .So I started to tell him about the lazy girl and was almost done and she came up to us and low and behold she was the Starbucks manager!!! I couldn't believe it. I never hardly complain just because it takes time to complain and I am busy. But this has happened with the same girl 3 times already .To find out she is the manager was a shock to say the least .I will never go to that star bucks.

Abouslty the worse coffee on this planet. Don't waste a penny at any starbucks. People that frequently go to starbucks clearly have no taste buds and don't know what good coffee should taste like

they let a homeless guy sit in there and he stinks like rotten cabbage. Very classy and pleasant!
